Chef Dawn Ray

Dawn, originally from a small farming community in Illinois and has always loved being in the kitchen, preparing food from an early age.  Her Grandmothers, Mother and Sisters were all a big influence to her in the kitchen, they have passed recipes down from one generation to another.  Dawn is an industry trained Chef.  She has a creative flair and passion for food and finds joy in creating Montana regional dishes using fresh ingredients and sourcing local products.
